Vintage Japanese Sake Cup Set | 7 Pieces in Box

Beautiful 7 piece Japanese sake set including 5 ochoko cups and 2 small pitchers.

Each piece is hand-painted with an abstract floral design.

(what I learned trying to figure out what to call this set: The “o” in “ochoko” (お猪口) is a Japanese honorific prefix while “choko” means “a little bit.” The word is meant to describe a small cup that you can empty in one gulp. Also, check out 'sake bottle armor'. Idk history, but they are quite a statement)

Condition: The set appears unused and is in original box. Very good - excellent vintage condition
