Shipping policy

Items will ship, based on size and location, via fedex, USPS, UPS, or *white glove* Truck/Van Shipping service. 

All items will be cleaned and ready to ship within 3 days unless additional cleaning or restore services are approved by buyer.

White Glove (by truck, blanket wrapped) Shipping 
Items that are too large or too fragile to safely ship in a box will be shipped via movers and a truck (white gloves are a big maybe). This may take from 1 day to  weeks depending on your location, weather and season. 

1. The delivery window for furniture that is too large, heavy or fragile to be boxed is 1 day -8 weeks.
2. We are in Northwest Arkansas.
3. We don't have interstate trucks ourselves, so we rely on 2 resources: our own network of regular shippers and U-Ship.
4. When something sells, we list the item and destination then wait for a shipper to respond. Until that happens, the deliver window remains 1 day to 8 weeks.
5. Because we are in Arkansas, it occasionally might take a bit longer to find a shipper but we usually have shipping lined up within 2 weeks of purchase. Even if it takes longer, the final delivery day doesn't change.
6. For that reason, I have not been able to give you a firmer delivery window that up to 8 weeks.
7. We DID already line up a shipper for your purchase - however, they haven't finalized THEIR schedule yet, so I don't have any information re: delivery window.
When I get it, I'll give it to you.
8. When the shipper picks up the item, we will send you notice and shipper contact info.

INSURANCE: We insure at our cost all packages over $100.

*White glove shipping service: item will blanket wrapped (not boxed) and transported by a long distance mover in truck. Deliver between 1-8 weeks depending on mover availability, schedule, location.
